The task
Build one address line from columns A to D, separated by a comma and a space. Some rows have no unit, and the line must not show an empty gap. Fill E2 and E3 using TEXTJOIN.

With ignore empty set to FALSE you get "502 Bay Rd, , Riverton", which looks broken on a label.
