The task
Work out each employee's completed years of service on the report date in F1. Fill C2 and C3 using DATEDIF.
What this exercise teaches
Subtracting the years (2026 minus 2019) ignores whether the anniversary has passed yet. DATEDIF does not.
A hint if you get stuck
DATEDIF(start date, end date, "Y") counts whole years. The start date goes first.
