The task
B6 holds the total of all regions. Work out each region's share of that total in C2 (North) and C3 (South). Lock the total so the formula could be filled down.
What this exercise teaches
Dividing by an absolute total is the classic mixed pattern: the part moves with the row, the total never does.
A hint if you get stuck
A share is the part divided by the whole. The whole is in B6, and it must not move.
